Shelley Triggs, LMFT
Shelley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a trained Collaborative Divorce Coach; and she also teaches parenting skills and strategies classes. Her areas of emphasis are psychotherapy with couples, parents, children, and adolescents. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She holds an M.A., Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute; an M.A., Education, from Pepperdine University; and, a B.A., Art History, from University California at Los Angeles. Shelley is particularly interested in supporting her clients to effectively communicate their concerns and interests throughout all relationship transitions including divorce and non-marital dissolution. She approaches each such transition with dignity and respect for the individuals to promote a positive future direction.
